Frontend Engineer Interview Experience - Moscow, Russia
Process
It was an informal, one-hour Skype technical interview that included coding tasks in JavaScript. The interviewer asked three questions, and an online code editor was used.
No offer was extended, mostly because I was unaware of algorithmic questions. This was due to advice from the HR representative at the recruiting company, who was "not really in it."
As advice, I recommend improving your knowledge of algorithms and data structures before applying.
Questions
Write an RLE-compression function. Write a fuzzy-search function. Find the difference in two arrays in the most performant way.
