The interview consisted of one theoretical and two algorithmic tasks to test my knowledge of C++.

The whole interview took one hour. The interviewer was friendly and polite, correcting me when I made mistakes in the code.

Complicated problems for those who like it, and less complicated for those who don't. :) You can easily know what happens in other departments using the internal forum. Great work/life balance, flexible working hours. The best company I have worked for yet.

Cons: It's not easy to work outside of Russia.
