The interview process consists of several steps, but they are all practically the same.
The first step is a phone screening, which included several questions about algorithms and data structures. After that, I was invited to an on-site interview. It consisted of four separate 1-on-1 interviews, each focused on algorithms and data structures. They seem to have a pool of questions and pick random ones from it.
After this part of the process, a higher-ranking HR representative asked when I would be ready to start and what salary I would expect. The final interview with the team manager was then arranged. I was warned by HR that this was the final interview and would be non-technical, though there might still be some technical questions. It was rearranged several times due to the manager's schedule, and then because the manager was on vacation. Finally, an interview with the manager was arranged for a time that was not ideal for me – it was in the evening, after working hours. However, it was the only option available to me at that moment, as I was tired of waiting.
The final interview was identical to all previous interviews. It was once again focused on data structures and algorithms questions. I performed at almost the same level as in the previous times.
After that, I received no feedback. I requested some and was told that detailed feedback about my interview would be sent when it was ready and that, at the moment, they were not able to offer me a position.
I was then offered to go through the interview process for another position for which I did not have the corresponding knowledge and experience. This interview was a failure for me because of that. I felt very uncomfortable due to a cocky interviewer. All the previous interviewers were a little bit arrogant, but this one was too much, especially as I was not quite suited for the position.
In the end, I haven't received any feedback.
