The algorithm section is a one-hour interview with two questions. The first is LeetCode Easy, and the second is LeetCode Medium.

Pros: One of several companies on Earth that solves complicated problems on a large scale. Yandex has its own data analysis school and a computer science department in a university. Complicated problems for those who like it, and less complicated for those who don't. :)
You can easily know what happens in other departments using the internal forum.
Great work/life balance, flexible working hours.
The best company I have worked for yet.
Cons: It's not easy to work outside of Russia.
