Over-timing for free. There are a lot of incompetent people who know how to pass a review. Arrogant, narcissistic bosses.
For 1.5 years of work, I had 5 bosses. Three of them were fired, and one left on his own. Real development has nothing to do with what they brag about at conferences and meetups.
