There were about four or five interviews: * Talk with HR * Some code interviews at an ascended level of difficulty * Final interview with the project manager and team After all of that, they told me I wasn't experienced enough for this role.

The first screening interview was very basic – we just spoke about my experience on a call. The first and second technical interviews were video calls with screen sharing and code writing in a special Yandex environment. You could only write JavaScr

The take-home test and live tech interview were part of the selection process. It went okay; the interviewers were friendly. I was also invited to take a culture fit interview.
