3-step interview: * HR * Technical (5 hours) - many questions about programming language, a bit about algorithms. * With managers - only questions about life, previous job, etc. Not hard, but requires deep knowledge of the programming language.

The application process had two parts: a Skype interview with a technical specialist and an on-site interview with different team members. Questions covered algorithms, O-notation, and some C++ specific topics. The second stage took about 5 hours,

All interviewers were polite and technically skilled. Good communication during code sections. Good, informative feedback was provided after the interview. All technical mistakes were reported by HR in detail. Questions were easy to medium when co
