Yandex is a great employer, offering a very nice salary for such a position, great offices, and food is included. A gym is also included. Often, holidays for all the employees are made. People are friendly towards each other, and I really liked it.
I worked in mobile development, and that was not as interesting as I expected.
To be honest, I liked a lot of things in Yandex, and I hope that once I'll get another, more interesting position there.
Really, I don't think I can give any advice.
