Lots of overtimes, by a lot, I mean constant overtimes and feeling that I don't have time for anything except work. Compensation is low.

Software Engineer
The schedule and communication were good. I had four coding interviews, with Easy/Medium LeetCode questions. I also had a design interview, where I designed a queue system. However, feedback took a long time, about 3-4 weeks.
