Process

It took three weeks to hear back after the initial referral, but after that, everything was smooth.

The standard flow included a phone screen, a technical screen, and an onsite interview.

The onsite was very pleasant, with about half behavioral and half technical questions. The technical questions were more of the "here is a coding task you might believably run across in your work; I just want to see how you approach it" variety, rather than the "here is a devious puzzle that you need to remember X and Y topics from school to solve within Z amount of time" type.

After receiving the offer, they were VERY aggressive trying to get me to sign quickly. However, they were also happy to negotiate, answer questions, and schedule calls with the team to provide the information I needed to make a decision.

Questions

"'X' is a tool we use here internally. It does 'Y'.

Here's some skeleton code. Implement these requirements."
