There was a 15-minute coding screening as the first round to narrow down the candidates. I did not make it past this round and did not speak to anyone on the team.

Friendly interviewers. First, I had to pass a programming challenge, which was a nice task. I had a technical and behavioral interview grouped into one block and a cultural fit conversation, which was optional.
