A guy from the recruitment team conducted the interview, who was very much interested in DevOps/SRE.
Though he was from the recruitment team, he still asked a lot of questions about SRE/DevOps. To be very honest, there was a huge gap between the things he was asking and the questions asked by DevOps/SREs.
He wasn't able to understand the concepts I was explaining, nor what I have done in my career. In the whole interview, I was not able to understand what he was trying to get out of me.
Making him understand was disappointing, as he was yawning while I was explaining the approaches I have taken in the past. A waste of time.
