In general, the interview process was good. Perhaps the only drawback is that there are quite a few steps spread out over time. I'm used to having a phone screen and then one longer onsite interview.
I wasn't in a rush to find a job, so the timing wasn't critical until the end when I was deciding on offers.
While they are evaluating whether you have the skills to do your job, there is a much bigger focus on whether you would do well in the Zapier culture. I found everyone I met throughout the interview process to be introspective and empathetic. For me, that was a big difference maker--I found myself having genuinely good conversations with everyone I talked to.
