My favorite part of working at Zapier so far is the people. Everyone I've worked with has been kind, low-ego, a strong communicator, and aligned with the values that Zapier stands for.
I came from startups where onboarding was non-existent. Onboarding here has been extremely thorough, and I feel as though I've been set up for success. I appreciate how much attention to detail my manager has already put into understanding my personal and professional goals and helping me reach them.
I love the autonomy and flexibility here as well.
Zapier relies a lot on written comms for information sharing, but processes change and docs can quickly fall out of date.
