I did two technical interviews and one final interview with the hiring manager. Everyone is so accommodating and professional. The interview questions are kind of repetitive and easy. I did enjoy the interviewer's humor, though.

General vibe: Jeb Bush's "please clap"
IMO, their employee value proposition is: "Working here is very uncomfortable (politics, mixed signals, off/long hours/weekends), but at least you may get laid off."
First time I ever saw a Director rage-quit on LinkedIn after 10 years of service, citing culture decline.
