I applied via employee referral. HR contacted me within the same week and asked for available dates for arranging the initial interview.

Interviews consist of the following steps:

• HR Interview (30 mins talk about your expectations, background check, and general talk)
• Meeting with Engineering Manager (1 hour technical & behavioral interview with the engineering manager, lots of questions on iOS basics, your project management workflow, and cultural fit)
• Onsite Interview
  • First Stage (Case-based design question, basic design, and architecture question about the iOS environment, which takes about an hour)
  • Second Stage (Pair programming session designing an iOS application from scratch, which takes about two hours)

I really had fun during the interviews but I couldn't get the offer. During the process, everyone was friendly, humble, and kind. I am really happy to have been interviewed by this company. I hope our paths will cross again in the future.
