Typical interview process: coding test, which is reviewed, and then an in-person interview with people in the company. Managed to get to the last stage but unfortunately wasn't picked. The recruiter in contact gave me really good feedback about the single reason I didn't get the role. Overall, it was a good experience.

Pros: Some smart people. Good technical challenges, but it depends on your team. Good benefits, including healthcare.
Cons: An unhealthy amount of middle managers, especially in engineering.
A lot of inexperienced engineering managers leading burnt-out teams.
Career progression and compensation is a joke.
Can coast if you're after a salary and a comfortable job.
