I'm really happy with how this went.
I was never shut in a room for hours with a piece of paper or some sort of aptitude test. There were a lot of stages, but each stage felt worthwhile and was about a different aspect of work life.

There was a lot of emphasis on teamwork and personality. There were several interviews with decision makers. They were clearly making an effort and taking the time to get things right, and even before I got an offer, I really appreciated the genuineness of how it all worked.
The hardest question by far was an open-ended question on the architecture of a real-time analytics sort of system. It was less about getting a right answer and more about showing how you think and how well you can respond to new information and consider issues that might turn up.
