E Staff: a revolving door
Leadership style: "you are following me? I was following you"
General vibe: Jeb Bush's "please clap"
IMO, their employee value proposition is: "Working here is very uncomfortable (politics, mixed signals, off/long hours/weekends), but at least you may get laid off."
First time I ever saw a Director rage-quit on LinkedIn after 10 years of service, citing culture decline.
Straightforward. There were 3 rounds of interviews. The final round was 2 hours long. The rejection email didn't contain any feedback; it just said you are not selected. It would be great if recruiters respected candidates' time and responded to em
I did two technical interviews and one final interview with the hiring manager. Everyone is so accommodating and professional. The interview questions are kind of repetitive and easy. I did enjoy the interviewer's humor, though.
Be yourself and don't try to "fake it"; they appreciate honesty and a good personality. You may need to gain experience, but they would give you the opportunity if you are a bright mind.
