Pros

There are still some talented and amazing people working in the company. There are also some managers who care about people still around.

Cons

Zendesk is now moving to use offshoring instead of growing people and teams. The product vision lacks leadership; it only focuses on AI while still having many half-baked products. There is a lack of decisiveness to either polish or end-of-life the products. No more backfilling to hire in high-cost locations means there is almost no growth.

Advice to Management

Please have clear and decisive leadership on product. You have a lot of products that are half-baked. Please either allocate resources to polish them or make a decision to end-of-life the product.
