I honestly can't think of one at this point.
Terrible management. Micromanagers everywhere. Executives are chasing down problems that don't exist or aren't the actual issue. Zero opportunities for growth. Coworkers have become mean.
1. Complete a code challenge. Do a project based on the requirements. 2. Arrange an interview and ask for the details of the code challenge. Then ask some Java-based knowledge.
The interview process was straightforward. The process moved quickly across the different stages of the hiring process. Questions were related to the job and its requirements, instead of being generic questions.
There is a total of 3-4 rounds. One is by the QA Manager, then from a QA who is currently working, and then from a Senior Manager. So, it all was done in a week.
