The stuff they develop is too complex, leading to lost control of how it works. CICD is too frustrating to work with. There's poor knowledge of their internal stuff, even across senior members. A lot of time is wasted on unneeded meetings, plus another huge portion lost on constant planning, reviews, and planning of the estimations of the planning. It's really hard to get stuff done due to the large number of unreliable components in the chain of delivery.

The interview process was straightforward. The process moved quickly across the different stages of the hiring process. Questions were related to the job and its requirements, instead of being generic questions.
There is a total of 3-4 rounds. One is by the QA Manager, then from a QA who is currently working, and then from a Senior Manager. So, it all was done in a week.
