A place to work with the latest tech in the market. Remote work (for now).

Cons

Following the acquisition and the installation of new leadership, numerous detrimental changes have occurred. Communication from the leadership lacks transparency.

The push towards hybrid work fails to accommodate individuals wired for remote work who lack nearby office facilities.

Furthermore, merit alone is insufficient for promotion, as political acumen and persuasion are deemed necessary alongside engineering prowess.

Advice to Management

Keep your digital-first policy and consider all people hired remotely. Stop bringing people to hybrid work.
