Zendesk has lost its way, big time. Gone are the days of the awesome, fun tech company where we were actually doing great work. Now it's just a slow-moving machine full of people with big titles that don't do too much. It's still an American company, and they don't care about the offices outside of the USA.
If you say that you want people to come approach you for feedback, listen to what they have to say. The internal surveys are embarrassing and not accurate to how people feel.
