Pros

The benefits are great, and they respect your work-life balance a lot. If you're into volunteering, there are many opportunities.

Cons

The worst con is the lack of promotion for people doing the hard work. You're more likely to get promotions and bonuses by playing office politics than by doing good work. The company is also more focused on creating new features than on taking care of the old ones. Zendesk used to be driven by engineers; now it's driven by product managers.

Advice to Management

Give more bonuses to engineers doing extra good work and reward their constant work with promotions.
