Pros

Good pay ranges and quality colleagues.

Cons

Hostile leadership and hostile human resources pushing back to office policies and other hostile policies, pushing employees in "expensive" areas to leave to hire in cheap labor locations. The new leadership clearly only cares about money, not employees, not the product, and not the customers.

Advice to Management

Either quit or bring back the Zendesk values.
