Compensation is not that great when you consider that there’s no 401K match. Medical benefits are okay, parking is a problem and very expensive, and there are no commuter benefits.

A couple of people hold power, and they can be the decision-makers for your career. The team is poorly managed. It can be a total nightmare and career suicide if you get into the wrong team.

Asked students to submit a ticket program using the Zendesk API, essentially making a dumbed-down version of their own software and provide JUnit testing and CLI support for the program. After creating the program, they take about 3-4 weeks to review
1. Resume Screen 2. Recruiter Phone Call Screening 3. Intern Take-Home Project 4. Final Round (HR Behavioral, Technical) The interviewers were really nice. I enjoyed talking to them! They made me feel comfortable. :)
