Office politics. The recruiter will lie to get you hired, but you are on your own after that. They won't honor promises.

One of the most friendly and encouraging interviews I ever had. All the people were so nice and supportive. They really seemed to care about the candidate and each individual interest.
Asked students to submit a ticket program using the Zendesk API, essentially making a dumbed-down version of their own software and provide JUnit testing and CLI support for the program. After creating the program, they take about 3-4 weeks to review
1. Resume Screen 2. Recruiter Phone Call Screening 3. Intern Take-Home Project 4. Final Round (HR Behavioral, Technical) The interviewers were really nice. I enjoyed talking to them! They made me feel comfortable. :)
