Years of massive contributions rewarded with a redundancy
There are quite a lot of talented engineers in the company. There are interesting problems to solve.
The company really took a nosedive after acquisition by private equity. Since 2024, we've had redundancies almost every six months. Some really good people have been laid off.
Managers that are still around are fearful of losing their jobs, so they only manage upwards.
