Pros

Benefits are decent. PTO is greatly encouraged on some teams still.

Cons

They seem unable to retain leadership. Folks keep leaving or are let go. They leave and no one replaces them, and then more layoffs ensue for lower-level workers and middle management.

Advice to Management

It is clear profit and survival is all that matters, especially after the recent private equity acquisition.
