In the first round, they asked about the current projects and requested detailed information for them to replicate. The second round was the worst. The guy who was interviewed had no idea about pipelines, even after performing well. The interview ended on a positive note, yet I still got an email saying I was not selected, without feedback. I feel the discussions are just for namesake.
