Pros: 1. Learning curve is exponential. 2. Compensation is good.

Cons: I don't see any cons as of now.

Pros: - enough work to keep you engaged 24x7

Cons: It's a shame on a company that employees are being forced to write good reviews for 'employee engagement'. Being available 24x7 is considered your OKR. Managers will not think twice before telling you to wake till 3 a.m. for the next 30 days and keep working for a project deadline. This is just 'startup culture', as per them. Every employee you meet will be pathetically in need of time to switch to another company. The initial base salary may be high, but the company makes sure that you have no life left to enjoy that base.

Pros: A well-established company with good perks.

Cons: No work-life balance and work pressure.
