Pros: I've been working at Zepto for the last 2.5 years, starting as a Software Engineer 1 and currently holding the position of Software Engineer 3. My journey here has been incredibly rewarding both personally and professionally. 1. Ownership and Responsibility: Zepto empowers individuals by giving them ownership of projects, allowing them to handle the end-to-end implementation of initiatives and tasks. This has been instrumental in my professional growth. 2. Learning Opportunities: The company offers numerous opportunities to learn and apply different skills to solve various business problems. This has broadened my expertise and knowledge base. 3. Skill Transition: I was given the opportunity to transition from frontend to backend development, which helped me gain a comprehensive understanding of the entire system. 4. Supportive Management: My manager has been very supportive and helpful during this transition, providing guidance and encouragement every step of the way. 5. Competitive Compensation: The compensation is competitive and on par with industry standards, which is a significant positive.

Cons: 1. Frequent Changes in Priorities: The fast pace of innovation at Zepto can sometimes lead to frequent changes in project priorities. While this keeps the work dynamic, it requires a high level of adaptability from employees. 2. Employee Benefits: The employee benefits package could be improved to better match industry standards. Enhancing these benefits would make the overall experience even better.

Pros: Get to work in a fast-paced environment, while also gaining good ownership.

Cons: Though the ownership is high, I feel technical learning plateaus quickly.

Pros: NYC workplace, good environment.

Cons: Nothing, everything is good and friendly environment.
