Worst managers in the organization.
Managers are those who have been in Zepto for a long time and were just given promotions to ensure they stay.
None of the managers have skills. It is just based on how long they have stayed there.
No work-life balance. You work day and night for this organization and have no chance of giving time to your family.
Abusive managers. When you reach out to HR or VP, they come up with the option of putting people on PIP. When asked for a reason, they ask people to forcibly submit their resignation. The only reason is that the manager has been in Zepto for 3-3.5 years.
Moreover, this organization is working illegally and without any compliance followed internally.
Don't be a sucker to your manager. Be good enough for your employees and work beyond your limits.
