Backend Engineer Interview Experience - Mexico

March 1, 2024
Negative ExperienceNo Offer

Process

Apparently their interview process goes like this:

  • Standard HR interview
  • Technical interview
  • Refactoring
  • Behavioral
  • System design
  • Another code interview

The problem is that they take too long to answer and schedule your interviews. I had to remind my recruiter twice about my process. With such a long process, it gets tiresome to have to remind them that you exist every three weeks.

Questions

I had to write code for a pseudo cron job used for reporting. It was easy and in a zero-stress interview.
