Pros: • Solid overall company with clear product vision. • Competitive benefits and generally good global culture. • Interesting technical challenges. • Colleagues are capable and collaborative (outside specific leadership issues). • Intent to support teams is present (resources, willingness to help).

Cons: • Cultural equity doesn’t feel consistent for teams in Mexico (less voice/visibility in decisions). • Team leadership (in my org) lacked openness to feedback and changed direction frequently. • Mixed messages on pace vs. urgency (planned “relaxed” sprints turning into rush deadlines). • Micromanagement tendencies despite stated support. • Decisions defended even against clear data, causing rework and friction. • Impact of a junior manager without sufficient managerial maturity.

Pros: Good salary, benefits, and they give stock options.

Cons: A lot of competition. Highly trained engineers, but it's not that easy to get in.

Pros: - Good company. - Perfect life/job balance. - Interesting projects.

Cons: Some code is kind of old, so you must adapt to working with the old codebase.
