Process

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH ZILLOW

One of the worst interviews I've had in over 10 years of work.

During the first attempt, the interviewer wouldn't let me answer the questions, constantly interrupting me. In the second attempt, the process improved significantly, but they still lack a coherent criterion to determine professional capability. Definitely, it's 90% luck and 10% skill.

It's worth mentioning that if you apply, it will take you months to get a response just to start the process, if you're lucky. If not, they will simply never contact you.

The same applies to the process: if you don't pass their interviews, they don't even bother to inform you. They should definitely replace that entire recruitment team, as they are wasting the time of many engineers. A terrible company.

Questions

It's useless to receive 1000 candidates if you don't have qualified people to conduct the interviews, let alone to follow up with them.
