However, it has been over 5 weeks since my application, and I have not heard back from the recruitment team. My application status remains unchanged ("in progress"), with no opportunity for a technical screening interview or further communication.

For a company that prides itself on technology and customer experience, I expected more transparency and responsiveness in the hiring process. It's frustrating to be left in the dark without any updates or feedback, especially for a senior-level role.

I hope Zillow can improve its hiring process by ensuring better communication and follow-up with candidates.
