I was approached by a recruiter via LinkedIn. The process went smoothly, and I was scheduled for my first technical interview.
The interview was easy. I was asked some general questions regarding the platform (Android), a code challenge on HackerRank, and some other technical questions.
I thought I did fine, but they didn't contact me afterwards. I even asked the interviewer about negative reviews regarding their interview process, which they said they didn't know about.
I was ghosted, so I reached out to my recruiter. They told me the position was filled by someone else and that they would like to keep my contact information for future positions.
So, basically, it's the same as other interview reviews: you go through the process, and they won't contact you with feedback or let you know that there is no room for the position.
