Applied online and received a link to a coding challenge.
The two questions were available on Glassdoor.
This was followed by two technical phone screens and an onsite interview.
The onsite interview consisted of four technical rounds, each lasting one hour.
The employees there were very friendly and nice.
Unfortunately, I did not receive an offer.

Pros: Company culture is one of the big reasons I like working here. Smart people all around, and you feel like going to work every day, which wasn't the case at my last job. Management empowers engineers to innovate and gives them ample freedom to experiment. You will be surprised how transparent the company is; you can walk up and talk to anyone, from the CEO or CTO.
Cons: Base salary could be higher, but I guess we are paying the price for other incentives. Sometimes I feel that there is a lack of engineering challenges, given the nature of the business, and I feel my talent is underutilized.

Pros: Work/Life Balance - Never expected to work ridiculous hours. Tough Mudder. Talent Show. Happy Hours. Morale Events. I never watch the clock while I'm at work.
Everyone here is intelligent and hard-working, without a political "let me take credit for that" attitude. I've always been trusted to do good work and given the credit for my contributions without feeling cheated or taken advantage of.

Zillow wants me to succeed, so I want us to succeed.
Cons: No dogs allowed! Though our CEO has conveyed a personal wish for dogs, the building won't allow it, which is a bummer. Maybe someday if we occupy enough floors!
