I had a full interview for an iOS engineer position. Unfortunately, the interviews consisted of a bunch of LeetCode and behavioral "tell me about a time" questions.
It had absolutely nothing to do with iOS development, and I’m disappointed with Zillow’s process. Zillow should update its interview process to ask realistic questions and look for applicable skills, as every tech company has done in the last few years.
Ask me to add a feature for an iOS app, not to do something with a binary tree. Yikes.
