Process
They scheduled a first interview/intro a month after our first conversation. The day before the interview, the recruiter messaged me to remind me it was a Zoom call.
I hopped on the video call, and they told me the role was no longer available. Apparently, it had been filled a while back already. An email three weeks earlier would have been fine.
Never interviewing with Zillow again. For anyone considering interviewing with them, simply don't; it's not worth the time.
