Process
After one phone interview, I got the chance to have an on-site interview.
I had a great experience there, except for the last round. The interviewer in the last round was a tough person.

Software Engineer at Zillow
Software Engineer • Current Employee
Irvine, California, United States
May 28, 2016
Pros: Zillow is a great place to work.
Great culture, great CEO, and lots of free snacks and perks.
Employees are friendly to each other.
Plus, there are Hackweeks to try whatever we like.
Cons: Lack of organizational-level standard (maybe not a totally bad thing):
Each team tends to do things with a bit of its own culture. Some teams are more strict, while some teams are more chill. Some teams are more old-school, while some teams are more innovative.
Pay level is okay but not as competitive.
