HR phone screen: Read through a list of questions and sounded like she could care less.
Technical screen: Asked two algo questions. For the first question, I was asked by the interviewer to change my solution to a less time-efficient answer. Solved both problems and then was told they wouldn't be moving on.

Cons: StreetEasy Engineering's upper management and leadership is staggeringly inept and unethical. They have cultivated a toxic and hostile culture, exactly at odds with their supposed corporate principles. Dissent is not tolerated, underlings are blamed for their boss's failures, and loyalty is rewarded over merit.
