Cons: • Cultural equity doesn’t feel consistent for teams in Mexico (less voice/visibility in decisions). • Team leadership (in my org) lacked openness to feedback and changed direction frequently. • Mixed messages on pace vs. urgency (planned “relaxed” sprints turning into rush deadlines). • Micromanagement tendencies despite stated support. • Decisions defended even against clear data, causing rework and friction. • Impact of a junior manager without sufficient managerial maturity.
