Pros: For the most part, I enjoyed my time at Zillow. They are concerned about career growth, creating an environment of impactful work and inclusion.
Cons: Constant org changes provide an opportunity for you to work for the wrong manager/director. In my case, it ultimately ended my career.

Pros: Leadership has done a great deal right, and I applaud them for it.
Culture has remained very good despite insane growth.
The work-life balance has generally gotten a lot better since the startup days, probably much better than at many other tech companies in the area.
Cons: I miss our company ski day, but luckily vacation scheduling is flexible for those pow days.
