Company does not offer a 401(k) match. I've had difficulties getting a computer upgrade (seems a little lame as a developer).
Keep up the transparency – it's quite refreshing. Sometimes it's a little concerning that the company has its hands in too many different baskets, so reassurance and vision help calm those concerns.
