Good work/life balance, but unequal pay

Pros

Excellent teammates. Management really seems to care about employee well-being and regularly goes above and beyond in that department. Work is not stressful. Excellent work/life balance.

Cons

Wildly unequal pay between employees with identical job roles, e.g., one P4 engineer could be making $150k with $30k RSUs while another could be making $200k with $100k RSUs. Much higher pay for newer employees. This makes it seem like they're encouraging attrition.

Advice to Management

Suggest increasing compensation competitiveness to reduce job-hunting distractions.
