Relatively new joinee. Great work culture. Awesome CEO, skip-level manager, manager, and peers. Great pay and perks. Work on the newest technical stack. Hack Week is a great thing; I hope it continues. We also had a wonderful holiday party with a surprise gift.
Nothing to fill here so far!!
Benefits can be given even though awesome options exist. For example, baby bucks was an awesome addition, but some, like me, won't be able to use it. Perhaps something else for those who don't use that option?
Hope the work culture remains the same as ZG grows!
I had applied online and also contacted HR via email. HR replied, asking me to start the process. **Step 1: Take-home coding challenge** * The same two questions that Zillow asks everyone. I completed this in 4 days. **Step 2: Phone interview**
I was contacted by a recruiter after my third application. They set up a typical HR phone screen to discuss the job and my background. The recruiter seemed new to their role and simply read directly from the job description, asking scripted question
Phone Interview: 1. Ask how to figure out if an integer is out of range. 2. Find the common ancestor of two nodes in a binary tree.
