Sometimes there's the feature factory feel, stemming from a somewhat opaque view of what goes into product development.
November 18, 2014 - Contacted by a recruiter. Soon after, she sent me two coding tests, which I completed over the weekend. A week later, I was invited for a phone interview. December 8, 2014 - Initial phone screen December 22, 2014 - Second phone
I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter within a few days. She engaged me with their interview scheduler, and both were very communicative and friendly. I never had to wait more than 4-5 hours for a response. I had two phone screens. *
The process was slow. I had to nag the recruiter about my status twice. During the on-sites, the interviewers seemed pretty uninterested and bored. They were probably busy, but it still gave me a weird vibe.
